How much it costs and how we work it out.
Yes. The quote is free and with no obligation: we give you a detailed, transparent price and, if we need to visit your home to fine-tune it, the visit is free too.
On the volume (m³), access (floors, lift, where the van can park and the low-emission zone), the distance between addresses, extra services (packing, assembly, storage) and the date. You can estimate volume and kilometres with our moving calculator.
Because a blind price almost always ends in surprises. With an item list, photos or a quick visit we give you a realistic quote that doesn't change on moving day.
Yes. We issue invoices with VAT, for individuals and for companies, freelancers, shops and offices.
Service & moving day
Packing, assembly and how the day goes.
Whatever you prefer. You can pack yourself, we bring boxes, paper and bubble wrap and pack with you, or come the day before to pack the most delicate items. There are tips in our packing guide.
Yes, it's optional. We take apart wardrobes, beds and tables so they fit through doors and stairs, and reassemble them at the destination. Tell us when you request a quote so we can allow the time.
If we have a free slot, yes. It isn't always possible in peak season or month-end, but we try: message us on WhatsApp and we confirm quickly. More on urgent moves.
The sooner the better, especially at month-end and on weekends. Even so, we try to fit in urgent jobs if we have availability. To get organised, see how to plan the move.
Areas, insurance & storage
Where we go and how we protect your things.
Yes. We cover Madrid city and towns like Getafe, Alcobendas, Las Rozas, Pinto, Majadahonda, Móstoles, Fuenlabrada, Pozuelo, Rivas and Aranjuez. For long-distance moves we plan on request and confirm the day and price before we set off.
We carry public liability and goods-in-transit insurance. We document the condition of large items before loading and, if something goes wrong, we sort it out.
Our storage is quoted separately, based on the volume you store and the time. There's no minimum stay and we can collect and bring the furniture ourselves.
