Is the quote free?
Yes. The quote is free and with no obligation: we give you a detailed, transparent price and, if we need to visit your home to fine-tune it, the visit is free too.
Why don't you give a fixed price over the phone?
Because a price thrown out blind almost always ends in surprises. Every move is different: volume, access, distance and extras change the total a lot. We'd rather listen for a minute and give you a tight, honest quote that doesn't blow up on the day.
How much is a small delivery versus a full move?
An urban delivery of a few items is cheaper than a full flat move, because the volume and time are smaller. If you only need to move a couple of pieces, tell us and we'll see whether a delivery in Madrid suits you better.
Does the price include packing?
Packing is optional. You can pack yourself, or we do it with boxes, paper and bubble wrap. If you want us to pack, we include it in the quote so you know exactly what you pay for.
Do you charge more for flats with no lift?
Access matters: carrying up and down stairs takes more time and effort than with a lift, so it can add to the price. Tell us the floor, whether there's a lift and how the van access is so the quote is realistic.
How much does it cost to store my things?
Storage is quoted separately, based on the volume you store, how long we keep it and whether you need pickup and delivery. We explain it on the storage in Madrid page and add it to the quote if you need it.
