Every area has its quirks: access, lifts, narrow streets or Madrid's low-emission zone. We know the ground and plan it before moving anything.
Getafe
Lots of 60s-70s blocks with no lift or small lifts. We count the floors up front and, if needed, solve it with extra hands or by carrying up the stairs without damaging landings.
Alcobendas
Between the old town and newer areas like La Moraleja the contrast is huge: narrow streets on one side, gated developments on the other. We handle entry permits and residents' timetables.
Las Rozas
Land of developments and townhouses with gardens, garages and sometimes several floors. We take bulky furniture out whichever way works best and protect floors and walls in both homes.
Majadahonda
A centre with pedestrian streets and shops where parking the van is the tricky part. We check the loading window beforehand so we don't block anyone or waste time driving in circles.
Tres Cantos
A tidy, well-planned town with modern blocks and good access. It tends to be easy ground, so we make the most of it to move fast without dropping the usual care.
Móstoles
One of the most populous towns in the south, with plenty of high-rise blocks. The key is the lift and reserving space for the van; we sort it out before moving day.
Fuenlabrada
Dense neighbourhoods and rush-hour traffic. We pick the quieter time slot to load and unload without stress and so the move doesn't drag on.
Pozuelo de Alarcón
Plenty of upmarket houses and townhouses where care matters twice as much. We go all-in on protecting the furniture and coordinate with concierge and private access.
Rivas-Vaciamadrid
A young, growing town with new blocks and good lifts. Easy to work in; you just need to fix the parking spot in the newer areas.
Coslada
Right next to Madrid and the Henares corridor, with busy streets. A good base for moves into the capital or east; we plan route and timing to dodge jams.
Pinto
An old centre with narrow streets and wider new areas. Depending on the address, we weigh up the vehicle and loading point so access doesn't become the day's problem.
Valdemoro
Recent growth with lots of developments and townhouses. Further from the centre, so we lock in route and timings ahead so the quote is realistic.
Aranjuez
The southernmost town we cover regularly. A protected historic centre with delicate access; we treat it with care and plan the run into Madrid with margin.
Boadilla del Monte
Residential and full of developments, with houses and gated access. We coordinate entries, residents' timetables and protection of communal areas so we don't leave a single mark.
