What does the price depend on?

We don't quote a fixed price up front because every job is different. What a move in Madrid costs depends on the volume in cubic metres, access (floors, lift, van access, Madrid's low-emission zone), distance, extra services (packing, assembly, storage) and special items. The more you tell us, the tighter your quote. Every service comes with public liability and goods-in-transit insurance included.

We're not a big corporation. We're a family business born after the pandemic, built by an immigrant team that knows what it takes to earn someone's trust. We started with one van and plenty of craft, and we still work the same way today. Based in Madrid, with nationwide and international trips on request.

Do you work in my area?

We regularly cover the whole Madrid region. For other provinces or countries we plan on request and confirm the day and price before we set off.

Is the quote free?

Yes. We send you a no-obligation quote; if we need to visit your home, the visit is free too.

What if something is damaged in transit?

We carry public liability and goods-in-transit insurance. We document the condition of large items before loading and, if something goes wrong, we sort it out.

Do you pack, or do I need everything in boxes?

Whatever you prefer: pack yourself, we bring boxes and bubble wrap and pack with you, or we come the day before to pack the most delicate items.

How does invoicing work for businesses?

We issue invoices with VAT. We work with companies, freelancers, stores and offices at an agreed rate per route, per hour or per project.
